We are excited to announce the 1st Sustainable Pedieos River Festival, organized by the Office of the Commissioner for the Environment and Animal Welfare in collaboration with the Cyprus Sustainable Tourism Initiative (CSTI).
This festival will take place from 29 October 2024 to 3 November 2024 and will showcase the power of collaboration among 14 local authorities, 10 government agencies, and 27 NGOs. Together, we aim to protect the Pedieos River and highlight the natural and cultural heritage of the Nicosia district.
Join us for a series of activities and initiatives focused on sustainability, environmental awareness, and community engagement. The festival promises to be a vibrant celebration of our commitment to preserving our precious waterways for future generations.
